Do you ever find that things in life just aren’t going the way you want them to go? Being a student today is tough. There is so much pressure to be the best you can be, but things seem to keep getting in the way. Let’s face it. Sometimes life just plain sucks. Things may have happened to you that are out of your control (ex. divorce, abuse, loss, bullying). Or perhaps you are struggling with depression, fear, or anger. Whatever the hurt, you find yourself turning to behaviors and habits that are hurting you more than helping (ex. alcohol & drugs, food issues, pornography, self-harm, etc.)
